2/ Continuous Growth
To keep you on the growing edge of living a fulfilling, always expanding life. Weekly session video calls, action steps and personal email support between sessions.
Most usual commitment: 6 months of self-mastery exploration and transformation.
3/ Clarity session
2 to 2.5 hours of intense focus and deep connection to self, speaking your truth and illuminating one single particular challenge you have been grappling with. Exploring and clarifying to simplify things and discern the best possible direction at that particuliar time.
Shifting into a larger thought, a wider mindset.
Sometimes that's all it takes to get unstuck.

As a Coach, I do NOT:
Do the work of a Therapist
Coaching and therapy are two very different things though both are aiming to help you.
Therapy will look at the past or explore behaviors and crisis, and help you heal from deep trauma, or address dysfunctional behaviors, alleviate depression, and reclaim a healthier sense of self, under psychological supervision.
Coaching will help you move forward, and empower you to grow joyfully in all areas of your life through more awareness and a keener use of your own skills, talents and aspirations. Coaching is a dynamic, co-creative process shared by two curious minds, yours and mine.
If I believe that you would benefit more from therapy than coaching I will recommend for you to re-orient and look for a therapist.
If you are currently in therapy, and your therapist agrees that coaching is appropriate at this time, it is absolutely fine to do both.
